Cox Family Holdings (CFH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Verlyn Suderman as Corporate General Counsel. Verlyn will oversee all legal matters for CFH and its businesses and direct the use of specialized external counsel. “As we continue to expand our investment portfolio, we will be very well served by leveraging Verlyn’s outstanding legal capabilities, business acumen, and strategic mindset,” says Wally Beecroft, CFH President. Previously, Verlyn was in a senior role with CJ Logistics and served on the CFH Board of Directors for the past five years prior to joining the CFH executive team.
