Kenny's career began in the early 1980's at Exacto, Inc. As CEO, he built a top-tier management team that expanded product sales throughout North America through the development and production of innovative agricultural crop protection and adjuvant technologies. In 2012, he established Cox Family Holdings, LLC and soon formed a Corporate Board as holdings expanded into commercial real estate, hospitality (ranch), sustainable forestry, and emerging AgTech segments such as water conservation. Kenny has expertise and passion for personal transformation in areas such as leadership development, emotional intelligence, and spiritual formation. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Crucible Project, a non-profit organization which exists to empower men to live intentional, transformed lives.
Phil directs all financial operations for the holding company and also provides oversight and targeted leadership with our portfolio of businesses. Phil brings 20 years of finance and accounting experience with industry-leading, middle-market and Fortune 100 companies. A large part of his experience is in manufacturing and operating environments. Most recently, Phil was the finance and accounting lead for a $500M retail operation business segment at Walgreens and prior to that a $900M unit at Sears Holdings. He has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University, in addition to CPA certification.

As former head of GE Capital’s $40B syndicated loan operation and SVP of the GE $20B Healthcare Financial Services unit, John brings over 25 years of global finance and capital markets experience. John holds a B.S. in Management with honors from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Maryland, and numerous designations and further studies at such prestigious institutions as Yale University and Pepperdine University. John brings extensive corporate and non-profit governance experience from numerous Board and Foundation roles.
As Founder of Design Group International, he and his business partners foster executive leadership education across the US and Canada, pioneering and developing large group facilitation processes for complex decision making scenarios. Mark directs the Convene® Consulting Network and is a Convene® Chair in Eastern Wisconsin, where he engages business owners and CEOs in a team environment to profitably grow businesses and increase their leadership impact. Mark was instrumental in establishing the Society for Process Consulting and chairs its Standards Committee.

He has twenty years of financial and banking experience serving the needs of family-owned companies in the Chicago area, all of Illinois, and neighboring states. David serves as the Chairman of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley, the largest affiliate in the State of Illinois and one of the top 35 affiliates in the country. He also brings corporate and non-profit Board experience.
